Brad first observed Sinclair Grass Master in 2010 at Sinclair Cattle Co. We rate his N Bar Primrose Y3051 as one of the best angus females in the Angus breed history. Brad had the opportunity to evaluate many of her progeny, her ability to improve any sire she was joined to was unprecedented.
Grass Master has been been widely used at Hardhat Angus, our oldest GM females are H series. We have found the retention rate of female progeny and near nil cull rate of male progeny is where Grass Master leads the way. He is the most consistent sire we have used. Sound, Fertile broody females and balanced masculine athletic sons.

Sinclair Grass Master – Pedigree
Sinclair Emulation XXP is an intensely linebred son of N Bar Emulation EXT. He possesses all the traits of his legendary cow making sire with improve temperament. His extraordinary skeletal length was a clear observation the many times we saw the bull from 2010- 2014.
XXP has the ability to produce daughters with perfect teat size and udder attachment. These daughters have an amazing ability to maintain body condition under limited nutrition. He is in the top 1% of the Angus breed for rump fat. His pedigree gives him great prepotentency and versatility within the Australian population.
XXP recently sired the world record selling bull SAV Elation 7899 at US$ 800,000
His dam N Bar Primrose Y3051 is also the dam of Sinclair Grass Master. N Bar Primrose Y3051 is the most influential cow in the Hardhat Herd. XXP and Grass Master will be used in our herd for generations to come, their ability to infuse maternal functionality and set type makes them highly valued.
Sinclair Emulation XXP – Pedigree
Brad first saw Resource as a two year old in 2014. The visible muscle expression and natural thickness of Resource is something that needs to be seen to be believed.
His first drop of two year old bulls will sell at Hardhat Angus in our 2018 Bull Sale on July 31st. These bulls are everything Resource is about, added muscle and weight on a moderate frame with faultless feet and legs. These bulls are overflowing with Angus breed character, which is so important for their sisters to have a lasting impression on our herd.
The Dam of Resource SAV Blackcap May 4136 has left many great sons which are included in our Sire list. Her ability to produce sons that continually improve on their respective Sire places her as the number female in the global Angus population. We will continue to use the sons of Blackcap May 4136 to infuse her greatness in our herd.
SAV Resource 1441 – Pedigree
Brad first inspected Renown as a one year old at SAV. He offered many of the same attributes as his full brother Resource.
Renown offers added body length and marginally more frame then Resource. Hardhat Angus will offer Yearling bulls by SAV Renown at their 2018 Bull Sae on July 31st.

Kodak was purchased by Hardhat Angus at the Rennylea 2016 Spring Bull Sale. He was selected due to his structural soundness and athletic movement. His extreme skeletal length and neck extension made him very appealing as a maternal sire. He has now proven himself as a breed leader for calving ease. We see him as the number one heifer joining sire in Australia. Not to mention top 1% of the angus breed for IMF and scrotal.
